Working Student Customer Service

You support our internal service team in all customer-relevant issues relating to contracts, bills and master data You pflet and check contract and account data, perform corrections and ensure high data quality You can independently communicate with internal interfaces (e.g. sales, billing) and with customers You are the first point of contact for individual customers and answer concerns both in telephony and in writing You actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and develop customer-oriented solutions together with the team

You are an immatricated student*in, ideally in the field of economics, BWL or similar courses In addition to your studies you can immerse yourself in practice for 18 hours per week First experiences in the commercial sector (e.g. through training or internships) are advantageous You are interested in distribution and energy issues You work carefully, you enjoy the processing of data and a good number understanding You are strong in communication, team-ready and like to work in new topics You have a structured and conscientious procedure and proceed independently and solution-oriented
