Lawyer / Business Lawyer – Public Procurement Law or Contract Law – 20 h / week (m/f/d)

As a business partner, you advise the business units and the management in a variety of legal questions – especially in procurement law and contract law. You are primarily responsible for the legal and commercial design of our contracts and support the business units as Sparring Partners. You are responsible for and taxing the entire process, from order clarification and procurement strategy to negotiation and conclusion of the contract and claim management. In addition, you are pushing for the further development, standardization and digitization of our internal processes. You are part of our judiciary and report directly to the management.

Successfully completed studies of law (first or second state examinations) or economic law (e.g. LL.B. or LL.M.) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in procurement law or contract law. Analytical judgment, as well as the ability to penetrate questions legally and economically, to weigh up opportunities and risks and to make sustainable decisions.
