This brings the job

• Ensuring the timely processing of orders
• Correct and complete collection of information provided by customer service technicians into the system
• For all ongoing orders, you are the direct contact person of our customers and always keep them up to date.
• First contact person for customers on ongoing orders, including all relevant information on orders
• Examination and processing of orders based on the appropriate quality standards and service-level agreements
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments and sales teams and support of the team
• Responsibility for preparing annual inventory from sales perspective
• As a supportive member of our team, you also play a crucial role in the annual inventory by preparing it for the sales perspective.

Your strengths

• Completed commercial or technical training
• First professional experience in the commercial field, technical understanding would be advantageous
• Certain and accurate work paired with pleasure in teamwork and fun in working with a wide variety of people
