As a product manager (m/w/d) in the field of heavy-duty dowels, you take a key role in a dynamic environment: They manage the product portfolio over the entire life cycle, bring new ideas on the way and ensure that our solutions on the market make the decisive difference.

They are responsible for the holistic support of the product groups in the field of heavy-duty dowels throughout the entire product life cycle – from development to discharge. Based on well-founded market analyses and customer needs, create and present decision templates for new and existing products and derive targeted product strategies. In product development and approval projects, you take over the project management and control interdisciplinary teams. They develop market-oriented product strategies, define clear market requirements and design and optimize the product range with a view to market and competitiveness. They visit trade fairs and conferences, are in close contact with market partners and regularly accompany our sales staff in the field of external services. The maintenance of product and master data is part of your responsibility as well as continuous portfolio optimization. Together with marketing, they develop effective marketing strategies and accompany their implementation.

A completed study in the field of industrial engineering, product management, mechanical engineering or civil engineering and a completed technical training. Several years of professional experience in product management – ideally related to fastening technology. Application experience in the field of heavy load fastening or related technical areas. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good sense of market trends and customer needs. They are highly communicational, collaborative, organizational, and are happy to join the team with commitment and initiative. Ready for occasional Germany-wide missions (3–5 days/month). They have very good German and good English skills.

Type of contract: unlimited permanent permanent employment in full time from now on.
