Project Manager Industrial Construction (m/w/d)

As a team, we are contact persons for the creation of new buildings, reconstructions and extensions. We create construction descriptions, realize special projects, modernize, check, negotiate, and, and, and! In short, we make sure that Lidl warehouses are built in Germany on schedule and budget.

In your role as a consultant in industrial engineering, you have the chance to participate in exciting construction projects around our 40 regional companies. You will play a key role in the planning and implementation of these projects and support both internal and external project participants. Your commitment will make a decisive contribution to ensuring that our projects are implemented on time, cost-effective and in the highest quality.

You support our team in Germany-wide construction projects for warehouse logistics and are fully integrated from initial planning to successful delivery to the user You take responsibility for assignments, cost controls, appointments and quality assurance in the (part) projects entrusted to you You actively shape the implementation of our logistics strategy and work closely with your project team as well as external general planners and construction companies You are an internal service provider in requirement management and contribute to the optimal implementation of all project requirements You coordinate processes and support the organization, structuring and occupation of projects to ensure smooth implementation

Your background: Complete study as a civil engineer, architect or industrial engineer with a focus on construction Project management: You have solid knowledge in (multi-)project management combined with first practical experience in the construction of industrial buildings; ideally in all performance phases Analytical competence and problem solving capability: You are able to evaluate the various cross-disciplinary aspects of a construction project, analyze complex information, make informed decisions and develop creative solutions to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively Directives and standards: You are safe in dealing with BauGB, VOB and HOAI Flexibility: You are ready to travel up to 5 days/week depending on the project phase
