Job coach / pedagogue for women's project (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for our location in Friedrichsdorf in part time or full time (20 to 39 h/week).

Our project focuses on women: We would like to support participants in the labour market through individual coaching and targeted group trainers. In particular, the focus is on childcare and the possibilities to arrange family and profession. The concept of this project allows you to work the freedom, holistic, individual and creative with the participants. Coaching means that the participants come back to work themselves and thus experience self-reality. This is how gsm – to make it together!

Your tasks

• You give the female participants new life and career prospects. • You build a trust relationship with the participants and accompany them in the long term and individually through weekly individual coaching and consultations. • In addition, you will prepare group coachings and conduct them with the following topics: online application paths and digital advertising, opportunities on the labour market, work-life management, opportunities of childcare, life in Germany • In order to make the participants easier to move into the training or labour market, you will form a regional network with companies (e.g. for internships) and social institutions (e.g. debt counselling). • You keep contact with our contact persons: inside the job center, document the progress of your participants and identify possible prospects for connecting them.

Your profile

• Approved professional or academic degree • Several years of experience in counselling/training, ideally for job-seekers • Valuable handling of people in difficult situations • Openness for digital communication (e.g. MS teams, digital coaching platforms) and good self-organization • Continuing training e.g. as an instructor, systemic coach, NLP master, professional entry attendant (w/m/d), or educational profile, e.g. as a social pedagogue, pedagogue, social worker, educator (w/m/d)
