Tasks

• Social education and training of children in individual cases and groups
• structured observation and documentation of children on behavioural vulnerabilities and the development and education process
• Participation in the quality development of the institution
• Organisation of cooperation with parents, youth work and schools
• Participation in service meetings
• Implementation of the concept of reconciliation
• Care and promotion of children
• safe guidance of children's groups
• Integration of parents in the sense of a respectful educational partnership
• independent design of employment and leisure activities

• Cleanliness recovery

Profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• alternatively comparable completed vocational training with application permission in kindergartens
• for financial statements from abroad: the recognition of the government office
• High social competence, communication strength and team skills
• Willingness to continue training in the social education sector

Remuneration

• It expects over-tariff compensation (GDP)
