Modern diagnostics and advice: You use a broad spectrum of internalistics (including Sonography with GE Logiq S7/S8, Laboratory, Load ECG) and take time for personal assessment and lifestyle advice. AI-based documentation: The report is made paperless and is significantly relieved by modern AI (NeoNotes): flexible in time in the afternoon on site or conveniently in the home office. Free of cash bureaucracy: You work in a pure B2B environment for corporate customers, completely without billing pressure by GOÄ-Ziffern, EBM or droppauschale.

What you bring Specialist qualification: Complete specialist training for internal medicine (all internalist priorities welcome) and an approbation valid in Germany. It is also possible to enter directly after the doctor's examination or after a break. Safe Sonography: Routinized, rapid execution of base ultrasound (abdomen, thyroid). Knowledge of cardiography (echocardiography, duplex) or spiroergometry is advantageous, but no obligation: previous experiences can be refreshed internally. A holistic view: You bring together laboratory, ECG, ultrasound and functional data into an internalistic overall assessment and guide comprehensible recommendations for healthy clients. Language & attitude: German (C1/C2) for personal consultations and precise reports as well as a tangible motivation for longevity and prevention instead of pure acute therapy.

What you can expect Secure appointment & scheduled days: unlimited contract from 2 fixed working days per week to full time (especially in Hamburg). Does not guarantee night, weekend or standby services. Transparent remuneration: Reliable unit content of approx. 100,000 € gross/year on full-time basis (approximately 9,000 € per month).
