Technician Remote Meter Reading Electricity / Gas – Energy Data Management (m/f/d)

Monitoring and fault management: Daily control of the load path lines for electricity and gas, ensuring the functionality of controlling and reading out the customer systems as well as the initiation of measures to prevent interference in the event of failure. Data management: Maintenance of the device master data of counters, quantity converters and data loggers, regular comparison with the accounting system SAP IS-U as well as formation of replacement values and execution of plausibility checks. Planning and organisation: Planning and appointment of the operating point checks and calibrations of the measuring instruments and provision of load profiles for internal and external enquiries. Customer communication and system monitoring: processing of customer requests, clarification of technical requirements and monitoring of intelligent measuring systems for safe and trouble-free operation.

Qualification: Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, energy and building technology (e.g. electronics engineer for industrial engineering, plant mechanics for sanitary, heating and air conditioning) or a comparable qualification or a corresponding engineering study Additional qualifications: driving licence (class B) Professional experience: Possible practice in a comparable position with insights into data analysis Know-how: Knowledge gained in remote reading of (electricity and gas) counters, as far as possible in energy data management language skills: oral and written communication security in good German Working and personality: A very independent, analytical method for mastering daily tasks in interaction with the responsible person in the measuring system
