Office Manager (m/w/d)
Responsibility for the entire supply, order and invoice management including customer and contract data Coordination and monitoring of national and international deliveries and handling of all import/export and customs documents Proactive control of delivery dates and communication with internal and external stakeholders in case of deviations Maintenance of accounting in the ERP system including debitor and creditor management Preparation of monthly accounts, accounts and financial audit support in cooperation with external auditors Ensuring efficient administrative processes, data integrity and proper system maintenance
Successfully completed commercial training with technical understanding or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (3–5+ years), USA abroad desirable Knowledge of national US shipping processes and international customs and import/export regulations Secure handling of common MS Office products and an ERP system (probably ProAlpha) Very good English skills in word and writing Customer-oriented appearance and independent, reliable and structured operation
