Team Leader Finance - Group Accounting (m/f/d)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in Finance Consolidation • Responsibility for the proper accounting and the creation of individual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS • Control, development and optimization of internal financial processes • Creation, analysis and further development of relevant key figures for reporting, planning and control • Support in the strategic development of the finance sector • Ensure clear structures, efficient processes and high quality standards • Continuous development of the team through clear goals, feedback and professional support • Close cooperation with internal interfaces and national and international contacts

• Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in an international environment • First leadership experience as well as joy in developing employees professionally and personally • Knowledge of HGB and IFRS • Very good understanding of consolidated financial statements, consolidation and complex financial structures • Analytical thinking skills as well as safe handling of numbers, processes and relationships • Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation • Communication strength, liability and motivating leadership • High self-initiative, implementation strength and enforcement capacity • Flowing German knowledge and good English skills • Safe handling of popular finance tools and digital applications
