For the region of Freiburg and the surrounding area we are looking for a dedicated young talent who wants to take the next step in his career and to develop into the role of an object manager (m/w/d) in the field of building cleaning and technical cleaning. Your duties Support in ensuring the contractually agreed services – including documentation, quality assurance and coordination of cleaning teams Step-by-step takeover of own areas of responsibility in coordination with the department management Working with the incorporation and further development of the professional staff as well as independent personnel management Organisation and monitoring of cleaning processes Ensuring high cleanliness in production areas and offices Communication with customers and support in order distribution as well as in the care and development of long-term customer relationships Participation in process optimization and support in the further development of our cleaning and service standards

Complete training in a technical, craft or service-related profession Basic technical understanding and interest in building cleaning and technical cleaning First experience in cleaning, facility management or employee management (e.g. as a foreman or team leader) Ideally, you already have experience in clean rooms and GMP Joy in taking responsibility and developing into a leading role Organizational talent, communication strength and team skills Driving licence Class B (for the care of our objects in the region of Freiburg)
