Are you ready to play an important role in production? In this position as a production assistant (m/w/d) in Dortmund-Brackel you work in a dynamic and modern environment. In a 3-layer model, consisting of early, late and night layers, you contribute to ensuring the smooth running of production. Your core tasks include filling machines, removing finished goods and monitoring production processes.

• You fill the production machines with the required materials and ensure a continuous process.
• You take finished products and prepare them for the next phase.
• The monitoring of the production line is in your hands, so that disturbances can be identified and eliminated at an early stage.
• Careful documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards are also part of your everyday work.

We are looking for

Do you have practical experience and a good eye for details? This position demands experience in production and a high degree of sense of responsibility. Here are the requirements:

• Experience in production must be present.
• Full-time availability, including readiness to work in early, late and night shifts.
• A high degree of reliability and self-responsibility.
• Good physical fitness, because physical work plays an important role.
• Basic knowledge of machine or technical equipment is advantageous.
