Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Financial accounting & reporting Responsibility for monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and US-GAAP. Creation and verification of bookings, provisions, asset accounting, payroll topics and balance sheet voting. Implementation of deviation analyses for GuV and balance sheet. Supporting the pension balance in cooperation with external actors. Voting between local completion and US GAP reporting. Support of the US team in insurance and audit processes. Cost accounting & financial planning Construction and development of cost accounting processes in a production environment. Analysis of costs, productivity and manufacturing costs in close cooperation with operations. Ensuring correct collection of material, labour and external costs. Monitoring of investment (CapEx) and budget deviations. Support for budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. Taxes & Compliance Creation and submission of VAT and other tax returns. Ensure legal conclusions and regulatory reports. Monitoring relevant changes in accounting and tax law. Cooperation with external tax and consulting partners. Systems & Process Optimization Introduction and optimization of cost controls, internal processes and ERP structures. Maintenance of master data, piece lists and cost structures in the ERP system. Support for internal and external audits. Continuous improvement of financial processes and data quality. Cooperation with the US headquarters as a trusted finance business partner.

Studies in Accounting or Finance. More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in the accounting of a production company. Training account holder (IHK). Detectionable practical experience in building and managing cost accounting systems in production environments. Knowledge of HGB, sales tax and the requirements of legal reporting. Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP as well as experience in cooperation with or reporting to a US headquarters. Experience with the ERP system SAP S/4HANA of advantage. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Strong analytical competence, problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking. Self-employed working and simultaneous willingness to work and work Cross-site cooperation. Very good oral and written communication skills. Strong prioritization capability and safe working under tight deadlines. Adaptable, proactive and safe in handling a dynamic production environment.
