Head of the Health Programme (m/f/d)

The Volkshochschule Aschaffenburg is the municipal training institution of the city of Aschaffenburg and one of the largest educational providers of the Bavarian submain region. With a diverse program, dedicated course management and a strong team, we design education for people in different stages of life, with different interests and different educational paths. For the health programme, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a parent-time representative at the earliest possible time by 30.12.2027 in full time. The deadline may be extended by extension of the parental period. The grouping takes place according to the qualification and experience in pay group 11 TVöD. (depending on the level of experience and personal requirements from €2.96.64 to €5.46.03 gross per month)

Educational, strategic and organisational planning and management of the programme areas including course management, financial and quality management Advice, selection and qualification testing of courses in the health programme Participating advice, course management and pay-based course management

The following condition shall be fulfilled: completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Management, Sports Science, Nutrition, Education, Adult Education or Social Sciences Equally welcome are applications for people with relevant training, additional qualifications and corresponding professional experience, such as health promotion, prevention, exercise, relaxation, nutrition, therapy, educational organisation or adult education.
