Contract Manager / Contract Lawyer (m/f/d)

This also includes the following tasks: You examine and advise on (inter-)national calls for tenders for both public and non-public contracting entities and provide appropriate safeguards for our projects In doing so, you conduct the process from examination to preparation and negotiation of pre-contractual documents and contracts with all internal and external interfaces Our (inter-) national project teams will be fully accompanied and advised by you on contractual matters, from which you will derive possible claims potentials and set contractual changes accordingly You shall ensure the contractual implementation and execution of all commercial, technical and legal requirements vis-à-vis customers, cooperation partners, subcontractors and suppliers In your hands, the contractual risk analysis and advice of our management with the derivation of appropriate measures as well as action alternatives You conduct training, advise our departments legally, such as sales and share your knowledge accordingly to ensure a uniform Contract & Claim Management

Take this with you: You have a successfully completed university degree (min. 1. state exams) or a comparable qualification / (special) university degree in the fields of law/economic law You bring experience with PPT projects (Public Private Partnership) as well as with cost and fee models (Cost & Fee projects) Your experience in German law in national contract law and procurement law is well-founded, and you are ready to work on issues such as compliance or infrastructure projects. With your communicative way, you will be happy to accompany projects and to explain them to all participants in the coming questions. Self-employed, proactive operation combined with good organizational and team skills and flexibility are of course for you Your language skills in German and English are safe from negotiation, further language skills are advantageous
