Three atmospheric cracking rooms, a modernized bed station with 16 beds and interprofessional cooperation shape the working environment. Modern technology meets warm care – in the middle of the green East of Berlin.

Responsible guidance of births as well as early recognition and action in complications Family-oriented care including advice from pregnant women and relatives, even in challenging situations Care in emergency and pregnant ambulance as well as pre- and post-partal care Participation in service and personnel planning and representation of the midwives Instruction and support of trainees in midwives

State-recognised midwives with sound expertise and multi-year professional experience Ideally qualified as a practical manager*in and first management experience Good EDV knowledge and safe occurrence in external representation Representative expertise, social and communication skills and organisational talent Target-oriented operation with openness to changes Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
