At the closest possible time, we are looking for a “Fulljurist Data Protection (m/w/d)” in the central function Compliance & Data Protection at Zeppelin GmbH.

You want to: In your role as “Fulljurist Data Protection (m/w/d)” the focus of your range of tasks will be on data protection.

To this end, the internal specialist departments support the implementation of the statutory data protection regulations and advise on relevant issues.

You are responsible for the further development, implementation and monitoring of company-relevant compliance and data protection policies.

Remotely maintain and develop the internal data protection management system, keep legislative changes, judgements and opinions of authorities in mind and assess their impact.

In addition, create, update, check and negotiate contracts and contractual clauses and monitor compliance with legal requirements on data protection.

The preparation, development and maintenance of relevant risk analyses are also part of your tasks, as well as identifying and developing risk-reducing measures together with the specialist areas.

You create reports for management and other relevant bodies and take over correspondence with supervisory authorities.

The training and awareness of employees regarding compliance and data protection issues round off your area of responsibility.

We wish: A successfully completed study of law, ideally with the second legal state exam; an admission as a syndicate attorney is possible

First relevant professional experience in data protection, IT law and risk management
