Examination of the building documents for construction and technical feasibility in cooperation with interface partners (e.g. construction, purchasing, construction management, IT, OI) taking into account modern approaches (e.g. production readiness reviews) Responsibility for technical concerns, development of series sequences prior to the start of construction, continuous identification and dissolution of technical and structural dependencies and disruptive factors in planning (phase, detail and weekly planning) in consultation with experts:inside Development of technical and operational innovations and process improvements, definition of subject-specific qualification profiles and their comparison with the master:in and creation of work instructions and standards to ensure quality requirements Conception and implementation of specialist training, participation in the award process, support in the rough and detailed planning of the work preparation as well as project calculation, including professional participation in Q notifications, fault analyses and sustainable problem solutions Technical advice on occupational safety, examination of existing documents (BA) and support in the preparation of hazard analyses

Complete vocational training as an industrial/trade union master: with several years of professional experience and, if necessary, additional further training, technical studies or comparable qualification in the field of surface technology, materials sciences, shipbuilding, etc. Multiannual experience in ship or offshore coating, of which in a coordinating or operating role on construction projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 12944, NORSOK, IMOPS-PC, BV 1900) and in quality and acceptance management overlapping guide experience in the coating or Foreign trade, demonstrable control of several subcontractors and experience in the production and control of test and acceptance documents Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, including specialist English for international communication, as well as safe handling of digital planning and documentation systems (MS-Office, PLM/PDMS, possibly CAD) Embossed team and communication skills, process and interface competencies, combined with a structured way of working, self-initiative, enforcement ability, sense of responsibility, flexibility, innovation ability and safe occurrence to customers and clients
