The Wolfsburg Clinic is one of the largest municipal hospitals in Lower Saxony and provides a medically comprehensive catchment area of around 180,000 inhabitants. In the position you work closely with the Klinikumsdirektor and act as an advisory member of the Klinikumsdirektion. Their task profile includes responsibility for several central organisational areas and includes an important function in strategic and operational management as well as further development of the clinic. Advising the Executive Board on all matters relating to your area of responsibility, in particular on economic and organisational issues, and also participating in projects for increasing efficiency, digitization and quality assurance are also part of your task profile. In addition to collaborative and constructive cooperation with all partners in the clinic, you also maintain close cooperation with the management board and the business units of the city of Wolfsburg. You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or Health Management/Economics or a comparable degree program. They have several years of professional experience in a leading commercial position in the hospital environment. Finding knowledge in finance and controlling as well as experience in IT management and in the digitization of processes complete your qualification. In addition, you have knowledge in the area of risk management, occupational safety and data protection.
