Project Manager for Technical Building Management | TGA m/w/d Location: Hamburg Nord Reference number: 2025-0286 Working time: Full time

Responsible planning, management and control of the start-up process for FM new contracts Coordination of the employees and tasks involved in the start-up, as well as management of regular Jour-Fixe appointments internally and with the clients Ensuring the necessary framework conditions necessary for contract-oriented and legally secure order fulfillment Development of performance and mass deviations, technical plant condition assessments and coordination of contract adjustments / measures with sales units Ensuring work safety and quality objectives - as well as support in the supply, costing and order phase

Technical training, e.g. as an electronic / electrician / plant mechanic HKLS with training as a technician or master - alternatively also studies as a master or bachelor with field of supply technology / electrical engineering / industrial engineering / civil engineering / technical building management / TGA / mechanical engineering Ideally multi-year professional experience Optimum would be good business knowledge and safe handling of relevant ERP systems (e.g. SAP and Planon) Good negotiating skills and safe occurrence Flexibility and readiness to travel
