As Recruiter / Talent Manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in our recruiting team and contribute directly to the growth of our customers and our company. Account Manager (m/w/d) Your exciting tasks at Aramaz Digital as Recruiter (m/w/d): Active Sourcing: You will find qualified talents through platforms such as Indeed, StepStone and LinkedIn. Holistic Recruiting: You accompany the entire selection process – from the call to the successful occupation. Profiling: You create meaningful candidate profiles and give our customers sound basis for decisions. Communication at eye level: You conduct structured interviews and you know how to convince talents. You actively develop our Candidate Journeys and introduce your ideas. Data management: You keep our talent pool up-to-date and structured. Customer advice: You professionally represent customers and recognize potentials for additional offers. Your role as Recruiter / Talent Manager (m/w/d) at Aramaz Digital: You are the first point of contact for potential candidates and recognize what people are moving. With your sense of talent, you bring your strengths together with the requirements of our customers in the food center – and make sure that the right people find each other.
