(Full time 38.50 hours/week; also possible in part time)

Your tasks: You accompany the users in a self-determined way of life in an analogous way to individual participation planning and support them in everyday life and in personal care and hygiene. In addition, you support users in the design of social relationships and social participation as part of leisure activities. You organize and guarantee the medical-therapeutic care and document the course of care. As part of the case, you are responsible for the assertion of social and legal claims and for the preparation of development and progress reports.

Your profile: You are a curative caregiverin, educatorin or have a comparable nursing training and experiences in dealing with people with disabilities, behavioural disorders, mental disorders and addiction diseases. Your work is characterised by empathy, organizational skill and flexibility. You like to work flexibly in shift and change service (also on Sundays and holidays) and have free time on other weekdays. You also have a driving licence.

We offer you attractive terms and conditions: This includes a fee according to the TV-L, max. in the S8b remuneration group, currently on average 3.389.55 € up to 3.968,88 € depending on the qualification and personal condition.
