You shape the digital transformation of our HR department and strategically align it with our corporate goals Together with our HR experts, you identify innovative digital solutions to make our internal processes more efficient You are the expert (m/w/d) for project and process management of our digital HR solutions (HRIS, ESS, MSS, mobile apps) and make sure that all digital solutions comply with data protection and security regulations With your team, you will implement projects on schedule and budget-compliant and support HR stakeholders in the use of digital tools and technologies In your role, you always stay at the heart of time and inform yourself about the latest developments and trends in the field of digitalization You run a small team of digitalization experts

Completed academic training (uni, FH) and multi-year relevant professional experience Detectional experience in the development and implementation of digital strategies Management experience and experience in project and process management Excellent knowledge of digital technologies and state-of-the-art HR tools Structured, focused and solution-oriented operation Excellent communication skills in German and English
