The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the securities business services for client solutions, corporates and private customers bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Project cooperation in the field of Settlement, focusing on the implementation of settlement processes, the establishment of settlement processes and their market requirements (including T+1, UNO, CSDR) Analysis, optimization and active implementation of operational processes in the settlement Contact person:in for market conditions, processes and interfaces in the German and international environment Close cooperation with CSDs, warehouses, storage centres and brokers – especially with the inclusion of current market projects Ensuring and further developing straight-through processing (STP) along the entire settlement chain Working with design, testing and introduction of applications / interfaces with storage sites and Custodian Support of the operating team through long-term hands-on experience in day-to-day business Documentation, analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements in the settlement environment Construction and maintenance of a professional network with warehouses, Custodian and external stakeholders for the Settlement area

Multi-annual, detectable professional experience in the settlement/day business at a warehouse / Custodian or custody office Very good knowledge of market opportunities and product knowledge in Germany and internationally Deep expertise in SWIFT message formats and communication paths (MT5xx, ISO 20022, etc.) Knowledge of national and international camp sites, CSDs, ICSDs and their applications (Clearstream, Euroclear, etc.) Experience in working with front-end applications of warehouses Current know-how about market initiatives such as T+1, UNO, CSDR, TARGET2-Securities project management knowledge (classical and agile); Experience in complex project structures High level of initiative, communication strength and structured work German and fluent English in word and writing Designed team skills combined with professional leadership
