Monitoring the proper operation of technical facilities Planning, commissioning and monitoring of modernisation measures / repair of technical installations and general maintenance Coordination and performance control of internal technicians as well as external service providers including Reporting Acceptance and forwarding of tenant requests to the owner Participation in over and overcoming objects Monitoring the implementation of the traffic safety obligation Audit of accounts Testing of non-plausible counter readings

Complete training in the real estate industry of advantage Multiannual experience in facility management Experience in controlling multiple locations as well as in service provider control Knowledge of operator responsibility, regulations in technical building management Commercial process understanding Safe and binding occurrence to employees and business partners Flexibility, teamability, strong organizational skills, good communication skills and a high level of responsibility Safe handling of MS Office Travel readiness (e.g. Turnus every 6 weeks for 1 to 2 working days for object visits)
