You support the employees of Com­munity banks for self­employment through strategy-compliant training measures Management and continuous improvement of relationship management among business and business customer consultants is your responsibility Documentation and management of banking activities in the relevant systems (CRM) is one of your tasks You recognize qualification requirements in the cooperative banks and coordinate training measures in coordination with the bank consultants You support the implementation of the initiated marketing activities and campaigns in the Comrade Banks
