Maintenance and repair of advanced medical laser systems and diagnostic technologies Independent installation of our laser and diagnostic systems in Germany and abroad (worldwide) including commissioning and functional validation Analysis of complex technical disorders and development of sustainable solutions directly at the customer or remote Training and training for international service partners as well as users – both in our training center and on-site customers Support of the technical hotline including qualified consulting, fault diagnosis and solution finding Participation in the production and development of technical documentation, service instructions and training materials Cross-departmental cooperation with R&D, Quality, Product Management and Sales to continuously improve our products and service processes

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – ideally in the field of medical technology or electrical engineering Embossed analytical skills and pleasure in technical troubleshooting and problem solving Safe, professional appearance in international customer contact and very good knowledge of German and English High team capacity and willingness to work closely with various internal departments Served handling of PC hardware/software and modern diagnostic tools Global readiness and flexibility and durability
