Lead Software Architect - Product & Innovation Focus (m/f/d)

As Lead Software Architect, you are responsible for the technical development of our product portfolio. You set technological guidelines, meet directional decisions with vision and translate new technologies – especially AI – into sustainable added value for our products. This means that our software solutions are qualitatively high-quality, manageable, regulatoryly resilient and at the same time innovative and efficient. Your field of activity includes the following tasks: Overall responsibility for sustainable, scalable and technologically coherent architecture across several products including strategic assessment of technical decisions Strategic identification and implementation of AI-Use-Cases as well as active design of future-oriented, scalable architectural and innovation approaches Integration of regulatory, security and compliance as a central component of fast, high-quality architecture and product decisions Presentation of complex technical topics, coaching of architects:inside, technical representation of BAYOOSOFT and Sparring with leadership and teams Assessment of customer-specific requirements and derivation of strategically relevant impulses for team and product portfolio

Multiannual experience as software architect with responsibility for complex systems or product portfolios Very good understanding of modern software architectures, development processes and quality requirements Experience in the use of AI technologies in software products (conceptive and/or practical) Understanding security-by-design approaches and regulatory frameworks Very good knowledge of German and English In addition to the technical and technical know-how, your social competence is yours. You are reliable, committed and flexible and have a high level of self-organization and a high team capability.
