Customer-specific requirements Implementation of customer requirements regarding quality Creation of test plans and inspection & testing plan Supporting customer withdrawals along the entire supply chain Creation and optimization of process instructions Responsible for the processing and prosecution of complaints (customer, supplier, internal) Participation in internal / external quality and environmental audits, e.g. revising the necessary Documents/Documents for preparation Participation in project meetings with customers

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or further education for technicians Additional training for the quality technician or QM Manager desirable Multiannual experience ideally with specialization in printing equipment Technical understanding paired with pronounced customer orientation Used in handling IT systems (e.g. ERP, CAQ) Travel activity approx. 5% Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
