Responsibility for the import planning and processing of goods within the European region Contact person for the German authorities regarding import operations, administration of import authorisations, communication with suppliers for customs clearance Support of SCM teams with regard to planning, production and logistics Close, cross-functional cooperation with international import licensing management teams for global imports and their planning Planning of quantities/shares for imports according to demand and production planning. Tracing batch specifications and durability to ensure compliance with demand and regional requirements

Completed training or studies, ideally in logistics, supply chain or business management First experience in supply chain, import/export or logistics, ideally in regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceuticals, controlled substances) Project management skills, secure handling of ERP systems and S&OP as well as MS Office and ideally Power BI A high level of detail accuracy, careful operation and a pronounced customer and service orientation Responsibility, solution orientation and connected thinking Very good knowledge of German and English
