Own costing of civil engineering services based on performance directories, plans and technical documentation Examination and evaluation of tender documents and recognition of opportunities, risks and incidentals Acquisition, evaluation and negotiation of subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with project management and purchasing Creation of complete offer documents including price and quantity approaches, secondary offers and costing documentation Interface work with construction management and technical contact persons for the transfer of calculation-relevant assumptions and for the preparation of execution

Complete technical training or studies in construction, ideally with a focus on civil engineering or comparable qualification Experience in the construction calculation, work preparation or construction management in civil engineering with a safe view for quantities, services and unit prices routine in dealing with performance directories as well as a structured understanding of cost building and economic considerations Analytical, careful and timely working with high liability in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Communication strength and pragmatic mindset to clear technical content and prepare resilient bid decisions
