Personnel administrator with a focus on payroll accounting in part-time at least 80% (m/f/d)

You carry out the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees, taking into account the statutory, collective and operational provisions. You serve our employees from entry to exit. This includes the creation of work contracts, contract adjustments, certificates and the maintenance of digital personal files. You advise employees and executives competently on pay tax, social insurance and labour law issues as well as on general HR issues. You maintain the personal master data and supervise or monitor the electronic time recording system. You take over the entire legal reporting and certification system and are in close contact with health insurance companies, financial offices and authorities. You take over the independent planning, design and organization of our appearances at regional career, higher education and training fairs. On site, the Dr. Gärtner laboratory as an attractive employer and inspire potential candidates for us. You actively contribute to the further development, digitization and optimization of our HR and billing processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a personnel service businessman, industrial businessman/wife) or a corresponding study with a focus on personnel. In addition, you will bring professional experience in pay billing as well as in the general HR administration. You have well-founded and up-to-date knowledge of German tax and social security law and labour law. A secure handling of SAP HR/HCM and MS Office identifiers (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are of course for you. You have the pleasure of organizing events and fairs, like to go to people and present our laboratory with enthusiasm to the outside.
