Process design You'll create and provide detailed process documentation. With your application, you develop attractive training materials – including video tutorials – and promote user acceptance in the SAP ARIBA Project Guided Buying. You take the 1st level support and make sure that information in the document management system is always up to date. Innovation in purchasing You document business processes and technical changes in SAP ECC and work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support development activities. You create training documents with enthusiasm and accompany end users: within the implementation so that everything remains in the river. Designing the future with AI You participate in the development and implementation of AI solutions in purchasing. You document project requirements, workflows and results for internal stakeholders. Designing and testing training materials for new AI-assisted tools, you bring innovative ideas to flow.

Technology meets organization You are studying information technology or a comparable technical/commercial subject and are delighted to document complex processes in a comprehensible manner and develop training materials. Persuasive You already have experience or interest in artificial intelligence (e.g. copilot) and are fit in handling MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Getting together You bring good knowledge of English and you like to work independently as well as in the team. Communication and an appreciation of each other are of course for you.
