Device testing & troubleshooting: visual/functional testing, diagnosis of defects (mechanical/electric/electronic) Repair & service on site: Components exchange, repair, test runs and audit Maintenance & maintenance: Maintenance/testing according to manufacturer specifications and legal requirements Construction, Delivery, Assembly, Instruction: Installing, Configuring, Functional Removal and Transfer to Customer:Inside Loan equipment handling: provision, retrieval, testing and restarting Cost proposals & Replacement purchase: Estimate effort, Prepare offers/KV, Recommend replacement/new equipment Documentation: Create work orders and service reports quickly First-Level Support (telephone): Recording, Adjusting, Leading Solutions or escalating Termination/Monitoring: Re-Call/Termin Monitoring (e.g. maintenance cycles), Keeping Open Orders/Offers Internal cooperation: Expert advisers: support (e.g. for complex product questions) and vote on the team

Basic understanding of electrical/electronics, e.g. interplay of circuit boards, components and assemblies (circuit technology-Basics) Safe handling of measuring devices (e.g. multimeters) and systematic troubleshooting Craftsmanship (assembly, cable/plug, mechanical work) and clean work High readiness for new systems/products/processes (e.g. preparation/steri, RDG) Communication skills: explaining intelligible, questioning structured (customers/team) Team skills/team player and reliable coordination in everyday life Care & documentation discipline (service reports, work orders, tracking) Desirable (Nice-to-have) Training as an electrician, electronic, mechatronic, electrical technician or comparable (alternative: cross beginners:in with high technology affinity and detectable practical experience) Experience in service/external service, repair or commissioning of technical equipment Building installations / Basic knowledge Electrical installation (e.g. connection images, safety bases) IT-Affinity: Network/PC Basics (IP, Router/Switch-Basics), Software Setups, Doku in Ticketsystem/ERP Experience with test requirements, standards and manufacturer processes (quality assurance, checklists) Personal characteristics Technically enthusiastic, solution-oriented, hands-on Structured: Limit errors instead of “reproducing” Responsibility: Dates in view, tasks consistently complete Customer-oriented: quiet, friendly, professional – also under pressure Loadable and flexible with changing tasks (workshop on site) Teamplayer: cooperative, helpful, sharing knowledge and coordinating reliably
