Building operation | Technical service | SWM Services GmbH Within the SWM Group, the technical service is, inter alia, service provider for the operation and maintenance of buildings and properties of the Group (office and administration buildings, substations, power plants, bathrooms, data centers, Olympiapark Munich etc.). The area of building development (about 120 employees) is an internal service provider in technical and infrastructural building management with operator responsibility and responsible for external property management. Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and design of technical building equipment (TGA); offers 24h readiness in the areas of electrical engineering/HLKS/Badetechnik and building automation. Supports the operation of the SWZ and Olympiapark building control centers and bears responsibility for IT security according to ISO 27001. It is divided into five areas: bathing technology, electrical engineering, HLKS technology, building management and building control technology.

Perception of the plant operator role for the plant electrical engineering (low voltage / KG440) in various properties (development of maintenance concepts, technical guidance to the plant managers, “Normal advisers”) Development of technical concepts and strategies in electrical engineering Support of the operational departments / specialist planners /object owners / vEFK as an expert in electrical engineering with complex requirements and in particular in high-power technology Creating performance directories and contracts and participation in the award
