Planning, control, coordination and documentation of audit procedures Preparation, coordination and organisational control of the work of the Audit Committees Advice and support for students and lecturers Information and complaint management and processing of opposition proceedings Conceptual further development of the examination system, in particular participation in the optimization of processes and in projects for the further development of the examination system Management and maintenance of IT-supported campus management systems

Complete university degree (Bachelor or Diplom-FH) of the administrative sciences, employee/administrative course II, economics, professional and economic education or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in the activities of an Audit Office Safe handling of MS Office applications and experiences in the introduction and implementation of campus management systems Experience in the event organization and project management Teamability and communication strength as well as service orientation Organizational and independent and structured working methods Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages)
