L2 Support staff (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our sales and service partners in questions about our product. You collect and process the telephone requests of our customers and solve them by remote maintenance. Inquiries that cannot be solved will lead you to a deeper analysis at our 3rd level. Inquiries processed by you are kept in our ticket system for complete documentation. You are actively working on the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of technical support.

In the best case, you have completed a training in the technical or medical field or a commercial background with experience in customer care. You describe yourself as an IT affinist with the motivation to learn new things. You have a pronounced service orientation and communication strength as well as fingertip feeling in dealing with customers. First experiences in the processes of Praxen are ''nicetohave''. You have high problem solving capabilities and a quick understanding to tackle technical challenges efficiently.

Mobile Work: Work flexibly on two days a week and on 3 days on site.
