Conception and implementation of practical and lively sales trainings and workshops Tandem – Prepare and conduct local discussions with the respective consultants Determination of qualification requirements throughout the business area in close cooperation with our managers Implementation of the sales strategy What should you bring? A completed bank training Multiannual sales experience in finance, ideally in the cooperative banking sector Impressed creativity and communication and presentation skills Flexibility and readiness to travel within our business area What do we offer you?
