Specialist AI Development & Project Management (m/f/d)

You identify and evaluate together with the specialist areas of AI applications and develop concrete solutions. You design, develop, test and implement AI-based applications and solutions and accompany their further development. You design suitable data, interface and solution architectures and accompany technical integrations. You control AI and digitalization projects independently – from the request to the introduction. You coordinate internal and external project participants and keep in mind appointments, resources, risks and results. You combine technical, technical and economic requirements and develop practical and sustainable solutions. You advise specialist areas on the possibilities, limits and useful fields of application of AI and support the development of AI competence. You observe technological developments, evaluate their relevance and launch new applications for our company. You prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way and communicate safely with specialist areas and management.

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. in AI, computer science, business informatics, data science, data engineering, economic engineering, economics with a digital or technical focus or a comparable degree programme learned understanding of current AI technologies and their practical applications, Practical experience in developing AI-based applications Good technical understanding of data, interfaces, system integration and AI applications Experience in independent project management and cooperation with different disciplines Basic understanding of data protection, information security and responsible AI use German knowledge and good English skills Personally, you are convinced by your own initiative, self-employment and entrepreneurial thinking. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented, communicate safely with different contact persons and understand how to combine technical, technical and economic requirements. A high enthusiasm for AI and the willingness to develop new technologies independently complete your profile.
