Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

As a medium-sized company with 50 employees in the production and distribution of cable laying machines and equipment, and the distribution of blow-in devices for micro- and glass fiber cables, we are looking for a manager of quality management that builds up professional quality management and optimizes internal processes to ensure the quality and conformity of products and services. Our company attaches value to efficiency, accuracy and sound planning to ensure our long-term success.

Head Quality Management

Continuous further development, monitoring and optimization of existing quality assurance and quality improvement measures Construction of quality management system according to ISO 9001 Planning, coordination and responsible implementation of internal and external audits according to ISO 9001 Introduction of a supplier quality management system to ensure that suppliers meet the specified quality standards Participation in the establishment of inspection plans and quality control methods to be carried out for incoming components, during production and before product release Analysis of non-conform parts in production to determine the causes and to take corrective and preventive measures Monitoring quality costs and controlling appropriate measures to reduce costs Responsible processing of customer complaints, technical changes and process changes Ensuring a continuous improvement by performing internal audits and implementing appropriate problem-solving processes on site Promoting quality awareness in the company and carrying out training on relevant QM topics Construction, analysis, maintenance of business processes, guidelines and a key payment system In the medium term: further development of the process landscape to the certified environmental management system according to ISO 14001 Cooperation with production, development, purchasing and suppliers Direct reporting to management

Sovereign appearance, solution-oriented, conscientious and independent working, enforcement ability, communication strength and the ability to motivate teams and inspire quality Complete technical studies, ideally in mechanical engineering, or a technical training with further training to the technician / master / QMB (m/w/d) Additional qualification for quality management officer or quality manager according to ISO 9001:2015 desirable Multiannual professional experience in quality management and quality assurance in an internationally operating mechanical engineering company Founded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 knowledge as well as extensive experience in the application of relevant standards, QM methods and audit processes Knowledge of manual production processes of advantage Safe handling of MS Office Good English knowledge of word and writing
