Identification, analysis, evaluation and documentation of component changes/announcements Implementation of component research and development of measures and recommendations for action Moderation and implementation of obsolescence meetings and derivation of technical and economic measures Creation of technical reports and specifications for internal stakeholders Support for miscellaneous coordination in procurement problems Improving our obsolescence tool for monitoring components, manufacturer information and life cycle forecasts Analysis of component data to ensure long-term component availability

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in obsolescence management, electronics development, technical purchasing or product life cycle management Very good understanding of technical components, piece list structures and product life cycles Analytical thinkability as well as a structured and proactive method Knowledge of the application of ERP and PLM systems and common office applications Impressed communication and team skills as well as the ability to understand complex technical contexts Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
