■ Personnel and sales responsibility for the District Directorate (BD) and implementation of LBS business and sales policy ■ Ensuring compliance with LBS quality standards and customer-oriented market management ■ Leadership, motivation and support of the BD team with the acquisition and incorporation of new employees ■ Ensuring information and ideas transfer within the BD team ■ Maintenance and expansion of the customer base ■ Promoting and intensifying cooperation with our cooperation partners ■ On-site representation of LBS

■ Multiannual experience in the distribution/financial services sector, ideally deepened building and financing knowledge and experience from real estate agencies ■ Bank-specific training with continuing training based on it (e.g. banking business operator) or a comparable professional experience/qualification ■ High leadership skills and sound management experiences in leading position ■ Communication strength, empathy, persuasion and negotiation skills ■ Independent and targeted working methods and high self-motivation
