Strategic and operational management of nursing school General responsibility for the school development and organisation of guidance, development and support of teachers Ensuring high-quality training according to the nursing profession law (PflBG) Development of innovative teaching and learning concepts of generalist nursing training Planning, organisation and implementation of theoretical and practical training You represent and represent the school for nursing professions within and outside the hospital foundation Research and development Close cooperation with the nursing directors of the Hospital Foundation Training and training of new trainees Integration and qualification of international nurses Further development of the quality of training under changing legal conditions Digitization and modernisation of teaching and examination formats
