As a construction manager:in you monitor complex renovation and rebuilding projects in and at our reception buildings from the call to commissioning With your holistic view of the project, you coordinate the individual trades in terms of dates, costs and quality and ensure that the valid guidelines are complied with by all interfaces. You monitor the fulfillment of the contractual obligations in the construction phase and take over the acceptance of construction services Together with our project management, you are tuning to the project sequence, supporting the procurement planning and testing of the performance directories In order to check whether all services have been provided in accordance with the contract, you will set out target-actual comparisons and are responsible for the active follow-up management as well as for the execution of the defect elimination

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a completed university degree in civil engineering or architecture with relevant professional experience in the development of construction projects You can rely on experience in the construction design, in particular the construction monitoring and ideally the renovation of existing buildings In dealing with project management systems (e.g. iTWO, MS Project) as well as MS Office you are routined and safe You are characterized by pronounced, economic thinking and acting as well as enforcing, as well as high readiness to perform, self-initiative and an always cooperative approach In addition, you are well organised and love to work independently, targeted and flexible You can show a class B driving licence
