This is why we are looking for a Super User Microsoft Dynamics CE – Administration & Support (m/w/d) for our company headquarters in Haan (near Düsseldorf) to ensure the support and further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE system and thus optimally support our business processes.

Professional support and advice as the first contact person for all user issues around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to ensure efficient use of the platform Analysis of existing business processes, derivation of potential for improvement and implementation of adjustments in close coordination with specialist and IT departments to continuously optimize our processes Interface function between discipline and technology: Translation of technical requirements into technical specifications, coordination of adaptations and further developments with the IT department and external service providers, so that innovative solutions are implemented smoothly Conducting functional tests after system adjustments and ensuring data quality and compliance requirements, which guarantees the reliability and safety of our processes Creating and maintaining user manuals, process documentation and training materials as well as building and maintaining an internal knowledge database for Microsoft CE to promote sustainable knowledge management and user competence

Finding knowledge of CRM systems, ideally MS Customer Engagement (CE) as well as experience in the application, configuration and further development of CE modules, especially in Sales, Service or Marketing, belong to your profile Self-responsible use of the system and active participation of new functions and solutions for you are of course Communication strength in exchange with disciplines, end users:internal and technical partners You can translate technical requirements into technical specifications and work closely with IT teams or service providers Analytical thinking, detail accuracy and problem-solving skills are among your strengths Experience in process analysis and optimization belongs to your skill set and you critically question existing business processes and translate them into digital workflows You can provide a completed study or training in business, business engineering, computer science or business informatics or comparable qualifications Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, sense of responsibility as well as respectful and team-oriented appearance are of course for you
