Talent Scout – Targeted identification and selection of promising candidates for the role as real estate brokers. Relationship Manager – Fast and personal contact that creates a professional and binding atmosphere to ensure a positive and sustainable Candidate Journey. Communication talent – Conducting phone and digital interviews that not only check professional skills, but also filter out social skills and team skills. Networker – Active addressing and enthusiasm for potential top candidates as well as motivated cross-comers via social media to strengthen the image of Evernest and its vision. Brand ambassadors – use of charisma and persuasive ability to inspire the applicants for the mission and values of Evernest through an inspiring and enthusiastic presentation.

Your Knowledge –You have a completed degree or a successfully completed commercial training, or a comparable training or Professional experience. Your Personality – You are charismatic, distributive recruiter from passion and pleasing relationships with candidates. Ideally, you have already recruited in a competitive environment or even experience in recruiting/solurcing freelancers.
