You support our finance team in operational day-to-day business and make sure that our accounting and organizational processes run reliably and structured.

That means: Ensure the daily business of the Finance & Operations team Edit the current accounting and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Book input and output invoices as well as bank and cash movements and ensure a timely and correct invoice coordinate open positions and maintain debitor, creditor and property accounts Coordination of banking arrangements and support for further accounting tasks in operational daily business support controlling in key figures, evaluations, internal and external reporting as well as in budgets, forecasts and ad hoc analyses contribute to economic planning, quarterly forecast planning and further development of reporting actively promote the standardisation and optimization of financial processes taking into account current legal regulations and accounting requirements actively shape your own working environment with modern tools and systems work with a view over the edge of the plate and take over further tasks in the area of Finance & Operations

a completed commercial training with further education on the accounting book holder (m/w/d) or a completed study with a focus on accounting, financial or accounting at least five years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or in a comparable commercial function good knowledge of MS Office, experience with DATEV or comparable accounting software is advantageous Knowledge of relevant accounting rules, in particular HGB a good understanding of financial relationships and complex issues as well as an interest in continuously improving processes Ready to continue personal development Ready to work on site at the Kaiserslautern site (at least 4 days per week) very good German knowledge
