Working with the analysis and further development of internal processes, policies and governance frameworks in the field of sustainability Support for sustainability reporting at company and product level with a focus on SFDR regulatory (in cooperation with FERI Luxembourg) Monitoring regulatory developments and market trends in the field of sustainable finance and deriving and coordinating necessary measures Documentation of ESG processes and monitoring of internal and external audits Cooperation in the development of sustainable financial products (market and competition analyses, presentations, conceptual cooperation) Participation in internal and external exchange formats on topics such as sustainability, biodiversity and transformation Preparation and implementation of training and support in internal communication on sustainability issues Support for RFP and DDQ processes in the ESG and Impact area Cooperation in responding to the annual UNPRI questionnaire and coordination with internal stakeholders Close cooperation with compliance, money laundering, capital management, project management office and portfolio management
Complete study of economic, legal or social sciences related to financial markets and/or sustainability Good basic understanding of the European Sustainable Finance Regulation (e.g. SFDR, EU-Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, MiFID II) First practical experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, consulting, compliance or sustainable finance Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and Ability to Handle Regulatory Requirements Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Experience with ESG databases or reporting tools of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
