Regulatory Monitoring & Documentation: You observe new legal developments, analyze impacts, derive necessary measures and document requirements in relevant systems (RWC, OSM, ISM etc.). Training & Knowledge Management: You will continuously develop your own product-specific expertise on market trends, regulatory and customer expectations. Process management & quality assurance: You check and improve the internal processes in Investment Solutions and ensure their legal, qualitative and efficient design. This also includes a first control of the processes. WpHG-Compliance & Counselling: You advise colleagues on all issues related to legal requirements in the securities business and help create customer presentations and promotional materials. Test and control plan: You shall ensure compliance with the risk-based audit and control plan and the timely creation of mandatory publications. Interface control & coordination: You independently coordinate the coordination with internal and external bodies (in particular compliance, auditing, auditing) and assist in defining sales objectives and remuneration principles.

Training: You have completed banking training or a comparable qualification as well as experience in compliance. Experience in compliance: You have practical experience in securities compliance (WpHG) and can safely apply legal requirements - ideally from the financial sector. Company customer competence: You know the special requirements of corporate customers and bring experience in their care and advice. Customer orientation & team spirit: you act service-oriented, convince by your hand-on mentality, are an organizational talent and communicate safely with different contact persons. Analytical thinking & overview: You capture complex facts quickly, keep an overview even in many processes and can derive good decisions from them. Structured & independent mode of operation: You work independently, solution-oriented and structured to efficiently and reliably implement tasks.
